usps-keys.txt, start the helper
(double-click start-helper.command on Mac or start-helper.bat on Windows),
then set CONFIG.proxyBase to http://localhost:8787 near the top of this file.
Each location will then show its USPS Service Standards delivery days, with an expected-delay
